A+ Value warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all cabinetry products supplied by A+ Value will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, or one (1) year for products installed in commercial, rental, or other non-residential environments, unless otherwise specified. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address.
“Normal use” refers to indoor residential use and does not include improper handling, exposure to excessive moisture or dryness, impact damage, or conditions inconsistent with standard residential living environments. Commercial installations are governed by the Commercial Use Limitation below.
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

If a defect covered by this warranty is reported within the applicable warranty period, A+ Value will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective item, replace it with a comparable product, or issue a credit equal to the value of the defective component. If the original product or style is discontinued, A+ Value will provide a comparable alternative; however, an exact match in color, design, or finish is not guaranteed.
A+ Value’s total liability is limited exclusively to the repair, replacement, or credit value of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall A+ Value be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor, removal, reinstallation, refinishing, or transportation costs.
Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue.
For products installed in commercial, rental, or other non-residential environments (including but not limited to offices, retail stores, restaurants, clinics, or multi-tenant units), the warranty period is limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship only and does not include damage caused by high-frequency or intensive use, harsh cleaning chemicals, improper maintenance, or conditions unsuitable for residential-grade cabinetry.
A+ Value warrants the workmanship of its authorized installers for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation for residential projects and six (6) months for commercial installations. This warranty covers installation-related issues resulting solely from improper installation, including misaligned doors, loose components, or improper leveling.
This warranty does not cover issues arising from building movement or settlement, humidity changes, customer handling, or lack of regular maintenance. After the installation warranty period, any service requests for adjustments or maintenance will be subject to standard service fees.
The Product Warranty and Installation Warranty are independent of one another; expiration of one does not affect the other.
Hinges, drawer slides, and other mechanical hardware supplied by A+ Value are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years under normal residential use. Installation and labor costs associated with replacing hardware are not included.
Replacement parts are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by province or jurisdiction. A+ Value reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect products already installed under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
This Warranty Policy is provided to the customer together with the invoice. By proceeding with the purchase, receiving the cabinetry products, or allowing installation to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have been provided access to this Warranty Policy and accept its terms.
For reference purposes, this document is also accessible online via the QR code printed on the invoice. Continued use of the cabinetry products constitutes acceptance of this Warranty Policy.
